These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the UNI Fest – 2025 Contest (“Contest”) organized by “Wsfx Global Pay Limited” (hereinafter referred to as the “Global Pay”) By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by the following Terms:
1.1 The Contest is open to:
a. Students who make university-related remittances using Global Pay services; and
b. Parents or legal guardians who make such remittances on behalf of students.
c. Participants must be a Wire Transfer / Remittance or a Card (Customer segment Education) customer of Global Pay and must have transacted through Global Pay between 1st August 2025 to 31st October 2025.
1.2 The remittance must be made for any of the following purposes:
a. University tuition or academic fee payments
b. Loading of forex/prepaid travel cards.
c. Any other legitimate university-related expenses.
1.3 We shall communicate with the Participants who have qualified as per the criteria below:
a. Participants who have successfully executed a transaction of value $500 (equivalent) or above within the Global Pay Wsfx network of branches during the period mentioned.
b. Participants who hold/possess their invoice for the Forex transfer or have submitted it to the team through the Global Pay Wsfx App.
c. Participants who have conducted a transaction through any of the following channels: a branch, the Global Pay Wsfx App, or www.wsfx.in.
1.4 The Contest is open to individuals residing in India.
The Contest shall run from 1st August 2025 to 31st October 2025.
3.1 Every successful eligible transaction made through Global Pay within the Contest Period will automatically qualify for one entry into the lucky draw.
3.2 Multiple entries are permitted, provided each is based on a unique and successful transaction.
3.3 Incomplete, failed, or fraudulent transactions will not be considered.
4.1 Winners will be selected through a random lucky draw conducted by the Global Pay or its authorized representative.
4.2 The draw for this contest shall take place Weekly, Monthly, and the Grand Prize during the period from 1st August 2025 to 31st October 2025.
a. Weekly Draw: Conducted no later than 10 working days after each week's closing date.
b. Monthly Draw: Conducted no later than 10 working days after each month's closing date.
c. Grand Prize Draw: Conducted no later than 15 working days after the contest end date.
4.3 Winners will be notified via phone or email as per the contact information provided during the transaction.
5.1 The prizes shall be announced on the official Global Pay platform or via direct communication.
5.2 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form.
5.3 All taxes, levies, or incidental expenses on the prizes shall be borne by the winner, unless otherwise stated.
5.4 Prizes will be granted to all participants who qualify under the above criteria, selected through a random draw.

5.5 Prizes will be dispatched to the winner's registered residential address within India or may be collected from the nearest Global Pay branch.
5.6 Global Pay retains full authority over the allocation of gifts and reserves the right to extend the contest.
5.7 Identification proof of the prize winner will be verified and retained for record-keeping.
5.8 Actual prizes may vary from the ones depicted in promotional advertisements.
6.1 The Global Pay reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms.
6.2 Misuse or fraudulent use of Global Pay services will result in immediate disqualification
By participating, the winners grant Global Pay the right to use their name, photograph, and entry details for promotional purposes without further compensation or consent.
Participants agree that Global Pay shall not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize (except any liability which may not be excluded under applicable law).
a. All rights in the name, logo, and title of the Contest and the format rights for the Contest will vest exclusively with Global Pay.
b. All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and database rights associated with the app, solely belong to Global Pay.
The Contest and its Terms will be governed by the laws of India, and all disputes not settled amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
a. Global Pay reserves the right to amend the Contest or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
b. In the event of any dispute regarding conduct, results, or any other matters relating to the Contest, the decision of Global Pay will be final, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
